Burning with the passion to see the welfare of the elderly and underprivileged children improved, the late Bishop Joseph Chawawa and his wife Bishop Stellia Chawawa as they were serving the Lord together under GO YE Restoration Church (Their God given work) established an organization (PEGO) in 1999 as an arm of the church to advance this cause.
